Tomatoes are ripening nicely and starting to produce regularly, we have 4 varieties right now and will have some more in the next month.

We’re currently harvesting Garlic. We grew 4 varieties for this year and are excited to see how they did. It should take 3 to 4 weeks for the garlic to cure in the barn, in the meanwhile we have fresh garlic, frozen minced garlic and frozen Garlic Confit from last year’s crop.

This week we have (asterisk marks CSA items):

Lathemtown Farm Fresh Market:  Survey

We love providing food for your families and strive to be better at that every year. The ingredients are fresh, and locally grown where possible. The recipes are intended to be lower in sodium and stick to a clean, whole food concept. Menus rotate weekly to give a varied selection.

I’d like to get some feedback to help our market keep evolving. If you can take a moment and answer the following questions, it would be greatly appreciated!

1. Are there any items you would like to see added?
2. Would you prefer more entrees offered? Which meal – breakfast, lunch or dinner?
3. Is there a better day to pick up your order, or is Saturday still the best?
4. Would you rather have some items offered every week or keep rotating the menu?
5. What suggestions do you have?

Thank you for your help to give us insight into making Chef Amy’s Farm Fresh Foods better and better!
